1) Scope and definitions
This policy applies to purchases made on this website and covers digital services only, including:
- Subscriptions
There are no physical goods sold by INDORA.
2) EU right of withdrawal for digital content
Under Directive 2011/83/EU and national law, you may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days of purchase if performance has not started.
- If you have not accessed the service/content, you may withdraw within 14 days and receive a full refund.
- If you agree to immediate performance and access the service/content, you lose the right of withdrawal for that purchase.
3) When “performance has started”
For INDORA, performance begins when any of the following occurs after purchase:
- You log in and stream or otherwise access digital content.
- You redeem an access token or activate subscription features.
- You redeem a Gift Card.
At checkout we request your express consent to immediate performance and your acknowledgment that you lose the right of withdrawal once access starts.
4) Subscriptions, renewals, and cancellation
- Subscriptions renew automatically according to the period selected (monthly/annual).
- You can cancel auto-renew at any time from Account → Billing; cancellation stops future charges and the service continues until the end of the current paid period.
- After performance has started, the current period is non-refundable unless required by law or covered by service failure.
5) Gift Cards and Tip Packs
- Gift Cards are refundable only before issuance. Once issued or partially/fully redeemed, they are non-refundable.
- Tip Packs are voluntary transfers to creators and are non-refundable once sent, except in cases of technical error attributable to INDORA.
6) Service failure and quality issues
If you cannot access paid digital content due to an error attributable to INDORAand we cannot remedy it within a reasonable time, we may provide a refund or service credit at our discretion.
This does not apply to outages caused by your device, connection, or third-party services beyond INDORA’s control.
7) How to request a withdrawal or refund (digital)
- Email [support email] from your account address with subject “Withdrawal/Refund,” including order number, product, date, and reason.
- If applicable, refrain from accessing the content after your request.
- We will acknowledge receipt and confirm eligibility under 2–6.
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method (unless another method is agreed).
8) Fraud prevention and misuse
We may refuse or limit refunds where we reasonably suspect abuse (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds after substantial use) or if required to comply with legal obligations.
9) Taxes, currency, and fees
Refunds are issued for the amount paid in the original currency. Transaction fees charged by your bank or currency fluctuations are outside INDORA’s control.
10) Governing law
Unless mandatory consumer rules state otherwise, this policy is governed by the laws of Spain and the EU.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy for legal or operational reasons. The “Last updated” date reflects the current version.
